Acer Android Tablet

Acer introduced a pair of tabloid (tablets Android) which will be released in April 2011. Both tablet PC has a touch screen measuring 7 inches and 10.1 inches.

Touch screen for 10.1-inch model has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and fitted with dual core brain, aka dual core processors with clock speeds of 1GHz. Google Earth Comes to Tablet Pc Android

Google Earth, launched in 2005 increasingly complement the features and capabilities. This is evident from the presence of Google Earth for the Android operating system on your Tablet PC. Google Earth itself has been present for Android since February 2010.

Google, according to information submitted through the official Google blog, said that with the presence of Google Earth on your Tablet PC is like to benefit fully from the large screen size and the latest processors available on the tablet device currently on the market.

Google adds full support for textured 3D building so as to present the experience more realistic. There is also an action bar that facilitate the search, including also "fly to your location" and layer to places, Panoramio photos, Wikipedia and 3D Buildings. Recommended Content pop-ups also appear in the Earth, so that users can obtain additional information without moving the page.

Googlet Earth is available for Android-based Tablet PC version 2.1 to latest version.
